Pork with anise, fennel & coriander

Basmati rice with pork & coriander

The dressing/marinade consists of three full star anise, a good grind of black pepper, a teaspoon of fennel seeds.

Smash this up in a pestle and mortar, then rub all over the meat.

Now add 1 full twisted teaspoon of Lyons treacle and rub into the meat. Juice of 1 lime. Leave to stand for 1 hour.

Flash fry. Pour on 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to simmer the last minute.

Serve on top of your basmati rice and garnish with coriander. serve. healthy food Pork with anise, fennel and coriander
