This salad is all about timing.
start off hard boiling your eggs, while they are on the boil blanch your beans and asparagus ( just pop them in boiling water for a few minutes so they are crunchy and still fresh then wack them under cod water to stop them cooking any more.) prep your lettuce use it like a bowl liner tomatoes and salad onion oink the bottom then beans and asparagus. Now seal your tuna on a hot griddle or in a frying pan with some black pepper. Cut up and lay on to your salad bed. Run the boiled eggs under cold water now peel, cut in half and lay on top. Sprinkle olives and tuck in.
