Turmeric & Rosemary chicken.
Gently fry the rosemary then add the chicken, chopped onion and garlic with pepper salt and a little pinch of cumin seeds.
Once the chicken has turned white pour on the turmeric and a glass of vermouth and 1 glass of water.
Simmer until the liquid has nearly gone. Add another 2 glasses of water and simmer until it's nearly gone then 2 more.
Meanwhile cook your rice once the final 2 glasses have almost disappeared add one more for the sauce warm it all up and serve.
