And this is how it all began...

A cluster of juicy juniper berries

We often held dinner parties and friends and family would comment on our wonderful, aromatic gin.

“What brand is it, can we see the bottle, did it cost you a fortune”? they would ask.

When we told them they were drinking a standard gin that we’d pimped up with classic gin botanicals, they were genuinely surprised.

Friends and family would ask if they could take a selection home
to pop in their own gin and, from this idea, Edinberry botanicals was born.

Our botanical infusions transform any standard gin into an extraordinary,
botanical taste sensation.
You can obviously pour our blend directly into a bottle of gin and it will do its work brilliantly.
However, we prefer to decant the grain spirit and the botanicals into beautiful crystal decanters which we’ve picked up for a song in vintage shops.
They look super swish - particularly if you’re having guests round for a party.

Our mission at Edinberry is to enable you to blend your own artisanal botanical gin using our hand selected botanical infusion kit

The Edinberry original gin infusion kit

To intensify the flavours or speed up the process the botanicals can be gently warmed and bruised first. Just lightly crushing them and leaving to infuse for 4 hours or overnight will utterly transform the aroma and taste for your gin.
