Welcome to our published returns policy which forms part of the conditions of sale, or "contract of sale". We go out of our way to check and ensure that all our goods are of satisfactory quality, as described, fit for purpose and will last a reasonable length of time before dispatch.

By ordering from Edinberry's website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the following paragraphs. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions without modification, then we advise that you do not place an order with us.  

Edinberry produce botanical infusion kits these are designed to be added to drinks and the resulting infusion is the consumable not the actual botanical.

We source all our botanicals from reputable professional suppliers, though we cannot guarantee their packaging environment is 100% nut free. If you have any signs of adverse reaction to our botanicals we advise you to stop using them and seek advise from your local doctor.

In the unlikely event that you receive¬†botanicals which are not to your satisfaction, we will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly, either by exchanging the damaged or defective botanicals or by issuing a credit note to you equal to the amount paid by you to¬†Edinberry for the¬†infusion kit in question. You must, however, notify us in writing of the problem, quoting the transaction order number and garment description. Please email xl@cahoonas subject header ‚ÄėOops!‚Äô with full details of the problem. If approved, we will require you to return your¬†infusion kit within 7 working days of the approval in its original packaging.¬†

Edinberry are unable to cover the cost of return postage therefore we recommend that you ensure return postage is fully and correctly paid, or it may not reach us. We can only exchange items that are received by us and we are not responsible for the items during transit, therefore we recommend that you use a tracked and registered postal service and retain the tracking number. Returned goods will be inspected and checked off against initial pre-dispatch checks before any exchange or credit note is issued. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

Cahoonas underwear which is an intimate garment and for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept any returns once the packaging has been opened.
